  • Every shawl is customized with the name or photo you provide.

  • Because each piece is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Please double‑check before ordering

To avoid errors that can’t be undone, take a moment to confirm:

  • Spelling of names or text

  • The exact photo, logo, or image file you want printed

  • Any special instructions or design notes

Once the order is confirmed, production begins, so changes after placement may not be possible.

What happens if something is wrong on our side

While returns aren’t accepted, we still want you to be happy with your custom piece. If your order has a production mistake or arrives damaged in transit, please:

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review the situation promptly and discuss a fair remedy—this could include a remake, store credit, or other solution depending on the case.

Order cancellations

  • Because customization starts quickly, cancellations may not always be possible once an order is placed.

  • If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at info@urbanshawls.shop. We’ll let you know whether production has already begun and what options remain.

For clarity and transparency, this policy is meant to be easy to find and linked from your store’s checkout and menus.
