  • All shawls are customized with names or photos, so we begin making your order after it’s placed.

  • Processing time: 2–3 working days from order confirmation to handoff to the courier.

  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. If you place an order just before a weekend or holiday, processing may begin on the next working day.

Delivery time

  • After processing, typical delivery time is 4–6 working days.

  • Total expected time from order to arrival: about 6–9 working days in normal conditions.

  • Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control—heavy courier load, weather issues, or other service interruptions. We’ll share any major delays if they arise.

Shipping coverage

  • We ship to addresses within the regions we support at checkout. If your address isn’t available during checkout, please contact us at the email below and we’ll advise on options or timing.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the courier option selected.

  • Any import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply for special regions are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the listed shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order tracking

Customization and non‑returnable items

  • Each shawl is personalized with names or photos you provide. Because of this customization:

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

    • Please double‑check spelling, images, and any message or design details before placing your order.

  • If a mistake happens on our side—like a clear production error or damage in transit—contact us with photos and order details. We’ll review the case and discuss possible remedies.
